apartment regulations

1. General information:

  1. The facility provides short-term accommodation services.
  2. To stay at the Tramonto Apartments Zator premises, you are authorized to make a reservation and regulate on arrival all the charges for the stay according to the price list or the offer presented.
  3. By using the object’s services, you accept its regulations.

2. Subject of the regulations:

  1. The Regulations define the subject of the provision of services, staying on the premises and the principles of liability.
  2. The Regulations are part of the contract, which is concluded by making a reservation, payment of an advance payment or the entire amount of the payment for the stay. By performing these activities, the Guest confirms that he has read the regulations and accepts its provisions.
  3. The regulations apply to all guests of the facility.

3. hotel night:

  1. The hotel day starts at 14:00 and ends at 10:00 the next day.
  2. If the Guest has not specified the length of stay when renting the apartment, it is assumed that he was rented for one day.
  3. The curfew at the property is valid from 22:00 to 6:00 the next day.

4. reservation:

  1. The basis for check-in is the presentation of photo ID and payment for the stay at the reception desk.
  2. Children under 3 years of age stay free if they sleep in bed with their parents. However, it is possible to add a travel cot for children, subject to prior reservation and payment according to the price list. The number of travel cots is limited.
  3. In the event of cancellation of the Guest during the hotel day or shortening of the stay by the Guest, the money paid by him will not be refunded.
  4. If you make a reservation in advance, you can cancel it for free within 7 days. In the case of making reservations shorter in advance, the option of free cancellation is determined by the provisions contained in the offer.

5. facility services:

  1. Tramonto Apartments provides services in accordance with its category and standard. In the event of any reservations regarding the quality of service, please immediately report them to the reception. The reception is available by phone: 733 801 301.
  2. Apartments are cleaned daily during the stay or each time after departure.

6. object responsibility:

  1. Tramonto Apartments is not responsible for any loss or damage of items left outside the safe.
  2. Parking by the object is unguarded, free, monitored parking. The property is not responsible for damage to the vehicle belonging to the guest, as well as for things left in it.

7. guest responsibility:

  1. The guest is financially responsible for any damage or destruction of the object’s equipment and technical devices that were caused by his fault or the fault of people visiting him. Parents are responsible for the damage caused by children.
  2. The guest should notify the reception in case of damage.
  3. Guests are required to keep the room key / card with due diligence. In the event of loss, guests will be charged.
  4. Each time leaving the apartment, for security reasons, the guest should turn off the light, turn off the electrical equipment, and check the closing of doors and windows.
  5. The guest cannot pass the apartment key to third parties.
  6. Due to fire safety, it is forbidden to use in the rooms electrical devices that are not included in the hotel room.
  7. It is forbidden to take items that are their equipment from the object.
  8. In the event that the Guest significantly violates the peace and good of the neighbors and does not comply with commonly used norms of intercourse between people, the property reserves the right to terminate the Guest’s stay and is not obliged to refund the money for the unused period.
  9. Guests undertake to use the facility only for residential purposes – it is prohibited to organize events in the facility.

8. additional provisions:

  1. The property is strictly non-smoking. In the event of breach of this prohibition, a fee of PLN 500 will be charged.
  2. It is allowed to stay at the pet facility, except for dog breeds considered aggressive in the light of the Regulation of the Minister of the Interior and Administration of April 28, 2003 (Journal of Laws of 2003 No. 77, item 687 of 08.05.2003 .), provided that the following conditions are met:
  3. The animal can be visited after having been notified to the Reception Desk employees and payment according to the price list.
  4. Animals should have valid vaccination certificates, while the owner is responsible for the animal and any damage caused by it, and is obliged to clean up the waste after it.
  5. At Tramonto Apartments, dogs are walked only on a leash and in a muzzle.
  6. The owners of animals should provide the animal with necessary materials for the bed, which should be on the floor of the apartment.
  7. In the event of damage caused to the property of the resort or the property of other guests, or leaving contamination, Tramonto Apartments will charge an additional fee to bring the accommodation to its original state, which will be charged to the owner of the animal.
